If he had, would have known that already there are lattice based algorithm that have been able to overcome the problem of key generation for quantum resistant cryptography. And these solutions will be implemented in the next few years. So nothing to worry about. And there is enough intelligence inthe crypto community and awareness than this author, to know and overcome the challenge posed by quantum computers.
